Graduates must pick up tickets in person with a PHOTO ID or provide a signed letter authorizing a designate to pick
up tickets. Tickets will not be held or mailed. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and ticket
availability is not guaranteed.
Tickets are available the following days/times:
Monday, May 13 // 9 am – 5 pm
Tuesday, May 14// 9 am – 7 pm
Wednesday, May 15 // 9 am – 5 pm
Thursday, May 16 // 9 am – 5 pm
Friday, May 17 // 9 am – 1 pm
Infants up to two (2) years old, which can comfortably sit in a lap, do not need tickets. To accommodate un-
ticketed guests, additional seating is available in Building 2400, Room 2420, for viewing of the ceremony on the
LIVE video feed. For those guests unable to attend the ceremony, the LIVE video feed can be viewed off-site on
your personal device at www.laspositascollege.edu/graduation. Click the "Watch the Ceremony on the LPC Live
Feed" link at 9:55 am the day of the event.
ACCESS MOBILITY NEEDS FOR A GUEST
A guest requiring access mobility seating is provided one (1) ticket and one (1) ticket for family/friend to sit in the
designated access mobility area. All other ticketed guests are required to sit in the bleachers. Please note this
ticket is included in the three (3) ticket limit per student. For further information on access mobility seating visit

physical disability or medical condition that requires access mobility seating, please contact Ana Espana,
925.424.1510, for inclusion to the event check-in list. You may pick-up these specially designated tickets during the
ticket pick-up period above.
If there are extra tickets after the initial distribution period above, a notice will be provided via the "Important Announcements" graduation web page the afternoon
of Friday, May 17th. One to two additional tickets would be available on Monday, May 20th (pick-up room TBD) on a first-come, first-served basis until gone.
