NOTE: HPI will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow us sufficient time to receive
and inspect the merchandise, and then accurately carry out your detailed instructions as provided below.
All returns must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in
“as-new” condition AND in original packaging. Garments that have been worn or washed
will not be accepted. GARMENTS WITH PERSONALIZED EMBROIDERY MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Retrieve your packing list from your HPI shipment. Write the packing list number in the
required space on this return form. HPI must have your packing list number on this form to
process your return. If you no longer have your packing list, please call HPI toll-free
(800-729-9050) for assistance.
Fully complete all remaining information on this form and include it in your return box.
Use a strong carton for shipping and securely seal your package. Return your package by
the carrier of your choice.
Allow 10-12 business days from your ship date for HPI to receive, process and ship out
replacement garments. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
