How to admit your American Girl doll
1. Complete this admission form. If sending more than one doll, please
complete a separate admission form for each one.
2. Place your undressed doll and this form (with attached personal check
or money order) in a sturdy box.
3. Tape the provided shipping label to your package.
4. Ship your doll to us through your preferred carrier.
Note: Please allow two to four weeks for treatment, and an additional
week for Create Your Own dolls
