is not limited to: a Site Evaluation Report; Design Report; Management Plan; and soil verification documentation.
My project may also require any of the following additional items: a permission letter from a municipality; a recorded township ROW
permission; a recorded easement agreement; or documentation of an established floodplain elevation. If these items are required,
they are included for review. Omission of any of these items will constitute an incomplete application.
