AMENDED DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS
FOR
SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM SITES
THIS Amended Declaration of Restrictions for Two Sewage Treatment System Sites “Declaration” is
made this day of 20 , by “Declarants”.
WHEREAS, are the fee owners of the following

described real property known as Lot Block

located in Section Township Range legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7080 requires that all lots created after January 23, 1998
have a minimum of two soil treatment areas which can support a standard sewage treatment system.
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarants make the following Declaration as to the restrictions for the soil
treatment areas. The restrictions described below shall run with the land and shall be binding on all
parties and all persons claiming under them:
1. The two soil treatment areas for each lot are shown on the attached map. Said map is hereby
incorporated by reference as though a part of this declaration and is attached to this declaration
as Exhibit A. These two soil treatment areas replace those shown for Lot Block
in Declaration recorded on , and recorded as

The two soil treatment areas shall be maintained in an undisturbed and natural state.
2. Declarants shall record this declaration upon the recording of the subdivision plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that:
1. This Declaration may only be modified upon the joint written approval of the property
owner and the Stearns County Environmental Services Department.
2. This Declaration may be enforced by Stearns County.
