SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
2009-2010 ACADEMIC YEAR
The California New Car Dealers Association Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships for any one
of three Northwood University campuses. Scholarships are awarded based on the following
requirements:
1. Completion of high school.
2. Acceptance into one of three out-of-state Northwood University campuses: Midland, Michigan;
Cedar Hill, Texas; West Palm Beach, Florida, or into the Northwood program at Cerritos College.
3. Ability to achieve and maintain a Northwood University grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
4. Objective is to pursue a career in the franchised new car vehicle industry.
5. Maintain full-time status at a Northwood out-of-state campus and at least part-time status (6 units)
at Northwood University at Cerritos College.
Directions for completion (The following is required of all applicants):
A. Type or print clearly in ink on both sides of this form.
B. Attach one letter of recommendation (excluding relatives).
C. Attach a Northwood University admission, acceptance or acknowledgment.
D. Attach Official High School and College Transcript
E. Be sure to sign and date this form.
F. Return to the CNCDA Scholarship Foundation by the application deadline.
