If you are the Related Party, you should review the expenses that have been included for your household below and the
portion that the Applicant has declared they (and you) are responsible for. If you do not agree, or are unsure, you should
not sign any declarations and should discuss with the Applicant and/or seek further advice.
Purpose of this Calculation Template
The purpose of this template is to assist a Home Lending Specialist or Broker calculate your (the Applicant’s) percentage
ownership of monthly living expenses, when alternate servicing is applied.
This template should be completed by your Home Lending Specialist or Broker based on what you have declared, and can only be
completed once the Related Parties – Identification and Privacy Information form has first been signed by you.

Items you should consider include fruit, meat, groceries, household items, take away food

Items you should consider include utilities such as water, electricity and gas, council rates,
ongoing maintenance, repairs, household goods and furnishing.
Do not include mortgage repayments, rent, insurance, strata and other body corporate fees
