1. Both the Mentor and the Mentee will act in accordance with Title IX, as well as
MVCC Policies Procedures.
2. Mentors and Mentees will attend the Kick- Off and Welcome Dinner (casual dress).
3. Mentors and Mentees will commit to partnering for one semester.
4. Mentors and Mentees will have three mandatory meetings with Mentor Coordinator
at the beginning, middle and end of the semester.
5. Mentor and Mentee will log goals and progress, as well as meeting times, locations,
and activities done.
6. Mentors and Mentees will complete a minimum of four meetings, for the duration of
at least one hour, throughout the semester.
7. Meetings will include activities of their choice, and will include discussions about
goals and learning outcomes for the semester.
8. Mentor Coordinator withholds the right to terminate mentoring program if either
party is found to being violation of above guidelines.
