Fever Tracker
There are many factors that indicate the severity of a fever, such as age, duration,
and how often a child has one. Use this chart to keep track of your child’s fever history
to inform your conversations with your pediatrician.
Complete a line every time you take your child’s temperature or administer fever-
reducing medication. To help you remember, store this paper with your child’s
thermometer and medicine bottle.
