University. The Chairperson will verify each requirement is met and sign in the designated space. The candidate’s
completed Curriculum Plan must be attached.

in internship course.
(2) In addition to meeting the PRAXIS Core Academic Skills for Educators requirement, all beginning teachers must meet the
