Each item on the list below must be satisfied in order for an intern to complete an initial certification program at
Coppin State University. The exit committee and department chair will verify each requirement is met and sign in
the designated space. The intern’s final transcript must be attached.

5. Met the Praxis I/ Praxis Core Test requirement.
6. Met the Praxis II PLT Test requirement.
7. Met the Praxis II Content Tests requirement.
8. Applied for graduation and secured approval from the department chair.
