COVID-19 Capacity Guide for Campus Spaces
Fall 2020
Important Notes:
This guide lists the updated capacities for campus spaces based on physical-distancing
guidelines.
Please note that while some space capacities exceed 25, the current state and county
guidelines for indoor gathering sizes are still limited to a maximum of 25 people.
Room requests and reservations are subject to change during the semester based on the
College’s campus status alert level on the COVID Dashboard.
In addition to adjusted capacity numbers, the college has a number of outdoor spaces (tents
and seating areas) that can be reserved through the room scheduling system (EMS).
Please note that some spaces listed here and in EMS are unavailable for reservations this fall
to meet the College’s programming and distancing needs.
All students, faculty, and staff must wear a mask while in public spaces on Ursinus’ campus.
Not wearing a mask properly (i.e. fully covering the nose and mouth) is the equivalent of not
wearing a mask.
All students, faculty, and staff reserve the right to ask that students and other community
members wear a face mask if they are not wearing one in a required setting. The expectation
is that this request will have prompt compliance.
