By telling us what has changed, and providing evidence of this change, it allows us to:
pay you the correct amount of support you are entitled to for the 2021/22 academic year; and
keep all your personal details up to date.

If you cannot sign the form it must be signed on your behalf by your attorney. The Power of Attorney
letter must besent with the application before a signature from that attorney will be accepted.
