III. Completion Plan
1. Outline a semester-by-semester plan for completing and sequencing courses. Complete one grid for each future semester you have at Suffolk. You may not need to use all grids or
rows provided. This plan may be modified during semester check-ins with your mentors. Substantial modifications may need to be submitted through the reapproval process.
Indicate whether courses may double count with another major or minor that you are currently pursuing or intend to pursue. Include whether you intend to study abroad
or complete an internship. Please note that your plan must be an intentional and thoughtful proposal for future study.
For the interdisciplinary capstone, include at least 1 credit of CAS 555/H555 - CSDM Interdisciplinary Capstone. If applicable, an independent study or internship may be
completed through CAS 510/H510 CSDM - Independent Study or CAS 513 - CSDM Internship or through the equivalent courses offered through any CAS department.

V. Assessment
The student commits to completing an assignment suitable for assessment in the course CAS 555/H555CDSM Interdisciplinary Capstone by
the conclusion of the exam period for the semester in which the student is enrolled in this course. The assessment assignment is normally the
final project or paper in CAS 555/H555.
The faculty mentors commit to assessing the extent to which this assignment meets a significant number of learning objectives for the CSDM as
stated in this proposal (further details TBD).
