Faculty and Staff Mobile Email Agreement
Please review and sign the following agreement allowing access between your personally owned mobile email device and
the University email system:
• Use of a personally owned mobile email device for the purpose of connecting to the University email system shall
conform to the following terms. Failure to comply with the terms stated in this agreement may result, with or
without notice, in termination of service access between the personally owned mobile email device and the
University email system.
• When a personally owned mobile email device is used to conduct University business, data stored on the
personally owned mobile email device may be subject to legal discovery in a University related legalmatter.
• The University is not responsible, under any circumstance, for data charges associated with use or loss of dataon
a personally owned mobile email device.
• All personally owned mobile email devices must support the University’s approved list ofprotocols.
• The University will periodically upgrade services throughout the lifecycle of the servers and software. Any
technical services or costs associated with maintaining connectivity and compatibility following a University
service upgrade will be the sole responsibility of the faculty or staff member using the personally owned mobile
email device.
• ITS will not guarantee the uptime or accessibility for personally owned mobile email devices connecting to the
University email system.
• University system policies will be enforced on personally owned mobile email devices to ensure the safety and
security of university data.
• ITS will not provide support for any personally owned mobile email device other than to confirm the services are
functional. Support may be obtained from your service provider. The University will not answer any technical
questions.
By signing below, I agree that I have read the Faculty and Staff Mobile Email Agreement and agree to the terms of the
agreement. Please submit form to Windows System Administrator or Director of ITS in CETES Suite 102.

It is imperative if your phone becomes compromised, lost or stolen that you notify ITS Helpdesk immediately at 580-
581-2454. All data, including SIM card data will be deleted and phone will be restored to factory default settings. Users
are responsible for data backup of their phone and SIM card.
