Evidence may include, but not limited to, letter from school district, letter from supervisor, etc.
5. Evidence of (2) Two Years Administrative Experience
Evidence may include, but not limited to, letter from school district, letter from supervisor, etc.
Positions included are: school principal, supervisor of instruction, guidance counselor, director of
pupil personnel, director of special education, school business administrator, local district
coordinator of vocational education, or a coordinator, administrator, or supervisor of district-wide
services. Other administrative experience may be substituted for this requirement with the approval
of the Educational Professional Standards Board.
6. Recommendation Forms
Submit the rating form as completed by your supervisor or education agency representative attesting
to the skills of the applicant. This form should be in a sealed envelope and mailed directly to MSU
or included in the application packet in a sealed envelope.
7. Proof of Completion of a Master’s Degree Program
Evidence may include copy of diploma, certification document, etc.
8. Letter of Agreement to Be a Mentor
Either the superintendent or superintendent designee must agree to be the mentor for the applicant.
