Applicant, pursuant to Ordinance 35-2000, hereby declares exemption from the requirement to
register as a contractor. In support of this claim to exemption, applicant states the following:

understand, pursuit to Section 5-86 of the LFUCG Code of Ordinances, that any non-
resident of the above listed property, family or otherwise, who operates a company or
business in the construction trades, works in the construction trades as a profession, and
provides assistance to aide in the construction for this project as a paid entity shall be a
