The CWP program is designed to make the design/build process for commercial projects easier and
more streamlined for Lutron’s key commercial contractors and energy service companies, by offering
benefits for their hard work.
This program revolves around Lutron’s Vive Wireless system, enabling simple, reliable, code-compliant
solutions for your lighting control projects.

Preferred access to Beta products and software with contractor commitment to give required, timely feedback
•
5-year warranty on all Vive parts when registered through the app
•
$200 bonus per Vive Wireless hub when any Vive hub is programmed in the app by the firm using a
company email address
•
CWP branded gear and apparel, as well as the opportunity to use CWP logos as a point of differentiation
•
Access to Lutron marketing materials that help you generate more business
•
Tools to help make job estimating and design more timely
Annual requirements of a CWP
•
Register at least (12 Vive hubs via the app ONLY) using a company email address and complete the
customer “hand-off” upon startup. The hand-off allows a survey to be conducted with end users to gather
feedback on Vive and our CWPs
•
Use Designer+ for Vive for lighting control designs a minimum of 12 times per year
•
Attend a new-and-improved Expert Controls Training or be trained and certified by our QTS (Quality, Training,
and Service) team on Vive and Designer+ for Vive (required for all personnel who receive a myLutron account);
recertification required every 2 years
•
Provide a Vive “dedicated” resources to sell, design, and project manage your wireless projects
(Note: All “dedicated” resources must attend 1 Expert Controls Training or be trained on Vive and
Designer+ for Vive)
•
Continue to purchase from your preferred distributor
CWP account commitments to Lutron
•
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all Lutron installations and provide superior service
•
Maintain active engagement with Lutron by meeting program minimums
•
Maintain qualified trained staff for Lutron products your organization sells and services
•
Use best efforts to utilize Lutron products/systems in your wireless lighting and shade control installations
CWP program terms and conditions
•
The Lutron Commercial Wireless Partner program is offered to current, authorized commercial contracting and
energy service firms in good standing (“CWP”) with Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. (“Lutron”)
•
The CWP is required to designate a single administrator to whom Lutron will send all communications
regarding the CWP program
•
The CWP is required to follow and adhere to all Lutron terms, conditions, and sales policies
(lutron.com/salespolicies) and maintain all local and state licensing requirements
•
CWP sales personnel may not assign or transfer bonus fund payment obligations to another person
•
The CWP is required to report the actual proof of job within 30 days of completion though the CWP’s
designated administrator to Lutron; Proof of job not reported within the 30-day period will not be eligible
for bonus
•
Bonuses shall accrue in 2 periods annually from January 1 to June 30 and from July 1 to December 31;
Bonuses will begin accruing the day the application is completed in full, and payment shall be made by direct
deposit from Lutron to CWP within 15 days of the end of the accrual period
•
The CWP must submit a W-9 where applicable (U.S. only), Vendor ACH/Direct Deposit Authorization, Supplier
Master Set-Up, Sales Operations Account Set-Up, and Contact Email Address forms prior to authorization in
the CWP program
•
Lutron may modify these terms and conditions or cancel the CWP program at any time without further notice
