will require substantial research.
If it is determined that the parcel is not a legal lot, or that the Covenants of Improvements have not been released,
no permit or other approval may be granted until corrective action has been completed.
For Administrative Permit, Site Plan, Use Permit or Variance applications (including modifications or minor
deviations), a complete legal description of all subject lots is required. Attach sheets as needed.
