Williams is offering all UnitedAg members a significant discount for their 1094/1095 Software for only an annual
fee of $435 for up to 10,000 employees. The 1094/1095 Software offers fast and easy form completion and instant
online PDF delivery.
In addition, there is a fulfillment service available for employers who are interested. The fulfillment service
includes mailing employee copies on the employer’s behalf and e‐filing to the IRS. The pricing service is as follow:

UnitedAg will be providing our members with the data in the format that FT Williams uses to easily upload to their
software. Our employers just need to complete the data file by entering the appropriate “offer and safe harbor”
codes needed for the 1095C before loading the file onto the software.
