Awards:
LCCC Foundation will award scholarships annually from as many applications as are submitted and approved, based on available
funding. The Scheller Family Foundation Scholarship is “last in” financial aid, and shall cover only that portion of a qualified
awardee’s tuition and fees that are not covered by federal and state aid, excepting only student loans.
The award may cover full tuition and fees for a maximum of four semesters, however, annual submission of application is required
and will be dependent on the student’s financial aid package at the respective institution and annual scholarship proceeds.
If you are awarded a Scheller Scholarship you must:
1. Maintain a 3.0 GPA or greater and full-time academic status in good academic standing. Failure to maintain this requirement
will make you ineligible for the scholarship in future semesters.
2. Complete the bachelor degree in four (4) consecutive regular semesters or less. Summer school and inter-session tuition is
specifically not included as part of the scholarship.
3. As a condition of the award, the applicant shall consent to the release of financial aid and transcript information to the LCCC
Foundation for the purposes of determining continuing eligibility.
4. Provide to the LCCC Foundation an invoice each semester from the institution they are attending, as well as their current and
cumulative GPA, before payment will be made for each semester.
5. Provide to the Foundation and keep current email and telephone contact information once the student has begun attending
the institution.
6. Complete the FAFSA prior to April 1 of each year while receiving the scholarship.

purposes of this scholarship.
8. Agree in advance that if the student withdraws from classes, the refund of tuition will be sent directly to the LCCC Foundation.
9. Complete annually a Roberta and Ernest Scheller Jr. Family Foundation Scholarship Statement of Agreement and Commitment
