Why this lesson is important:
By the time you reach your fourth and final year of JROTC, you’ve been involved with many
projects. You’ve worked with and led other Cadets. You’ve learned how to act with integrity,
engage in civic activities, value the role of the military, and many other things. In this lesson,
you’ll consider ways to expand and apply your leadership skills in continuous improvement.
You’ll also look ahead to your goals for your final year and beyond.

Examine the role of leadership in continuous improvement
Identify team attitudes that foster continuous improvement
Relate Army JROTC program outcomes to leadership
