In case where the applicant presents altered, apocryphal or fraudulently obtained documents, he/she will be registered on the immigration control lists and the visa to
enter Mexico will be denied.
According to Mexican Law and Regulations, the Mexican visa allows a foreign person to present himself/herself at a point of international transit and, at the Customs
and Revision checkpoint, apply to enter Mexican territory. The bearing of a visa does not guarantee entry to national territory. Admission to Mexico is subject to the
approval of sanitary and immigration authorities at the point of entry, who may verify at all times the fulfillment of the legal requirements for entry.
All personal data collected in the abovementioned process is protected in accordance to the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data in
Possession of Obligated Subjects. The comprehensive and simplified privacy notice could be consulted at: http://sre.gob.mx/avisos-de-privacidad.
In case of children, teenagers or persons who are subject to legal protection under civil law, they must present a Visa Application Form signed by both parents, or
by those exercising parental authority or legal guardianship. If the Visa Application Form is delivered by one of the parents, he/she must present a notarized
authorization form signed by the other parent who authorizes the visa application.
When minors or persons who are subject to legal protection under civil law present the Visa Application Form by themselves, or accompanied by someone
different from their parents or whoever exercises parental authority of legal guardianship, it is mandatory to submit a notarized document in which both parents
or of those who exercise parental authority or legal guardianship, authorize the minor to apply for a Mexican visa.
In case of minors, the application form most be signed by both parents or legal guardians, or those who exercise parental authority.
