SIMPLE ZONING CERTIFICATION LETTER
REQUEST FORM
A simple zoning certification letter certifies the current zoning, land use, and permitted uses
of a parcel of land. A fee of $49.00 is assessed to cover the cost of processing the request.
Checks should be made payable to: B.O.C.C. (Board of County Commissioners).
