Lease Signing - the lease and guaranty agreement must be signed by all applicants and guarantors, respectively, within 24 hours of approval.
Closing Funds - the first month’s rent and the remainder of the one month security deposit must be remitted within 24 hours of approval.
Failure to provide the required signatures or funds within the aforementioned time would result in the apartment being placed back on the market
and forfeiture of the holding deposit.
I hereby certify to the best of my knowledge that the above information (from page 1 to page 2) is true and correct and I hereby
authorize MetroNest, LLC, its agents, affiliates and associates to obtain any credit, employment, education, rental history and
references at its discretion. I am aware that a tenant screening report consisting of credit history, OFAC search, landlord/tenant
court record and criminal record search will be done in conjunction with my application. The consumer reporting agency that will
be used to obtain the report is Experian Information Solutions, Inc., P.O. Box 2002, Allen, TX 75013. I hereby hold harmless On-
Site Manager, Inc., MetroNest, LLC, its agents, affiliates and associates. No representations or agreements by Salespersons,
Brokers or others are to be binding on MetroNest, LLC its agents, affiliates and associates unless included in the written lease
proposed to be executed. By submitting this application, I represent that I have viewed the apartment that I am applying for in
person. I further represent that the Owner make no guarantee regarding the status of this application or the availability of any
apartment. If a lease is approved and executed, this completed application form becomes a part of that lease.
