I have sighted the above building consent and read the attached conditions of consent together with the emergency lighting
design contained therein; and confirm that:
• the emergency lighting has been installed in accordance with the approved emergency lighting design
• the emergency lighting system has been commissioned and tested in accordance with AS 2293.1 & AS 2293.3
• all work has been carried out in accordance with the building consent and complies with the Building Code: F6 Visibility
in Escape Routes
