I have sighted the above building consent and read the attached conditions of consent. I confirm that the drainage pipe work
and fittings have been selected and constructed to comply with the consented plans to the extent required by the above
building consent and comply with clauses E1 and G.13 of the Building Regulations 1992
I hereby certify that I have personally tested the drainage system by the method indicated below:
NZ Building Code E1/VM1 air test in accordance with paragraph 8.3; or
AS/NZS 3500.2.2:2003 air test in accordance with clause 12.3.2; or
NZS 7643 water test in accordance with section 11.
I understand that Queenstown Lakes District Council is reliant on this producer statement in order to establish compliance with
the requirements of the Building Act 2004, Building Code and the consented plans and will use this statement in order to issue
the code compliance certificate for this application.
Producer statements are accepted solely at Queenstown Lakes District Council discretion
