TERMS for Stokes Auction Timed Online Auto Auction:
Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you bid.
Any bid placed by you guarantees that you have read the following terms and conditions of the sale.
All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Descriptions and conditions are described to the best of our knowledge. Stokes Auction (Auctioneer) makes no warranties or
representations express or implied with respect to such property as to the physical condition, quality, rarity, importance, or estimated
value of any lot sold. The absence of condition remarks in the catalog entry does not mean the item is in perfect condition or poor
condition. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, listed in the catalog, advertisement, invoice or remarks by staff or the
auctioneer, shall be considered a warranty representation or assumption of liability. Descriptions and printed materials are meant
merely as a guide. Please determine condition, genuineness and/or authenticity before you bid as all items are sold "As is, Where is.”
All sales are recorded and final. Bidder will indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer or his/her agents or employees from any and all
actions, lawsuits, damages, costs and losses of any nature, arising from the sale, purchase or use of any lot / item or the attendance
and participation at the auction site before, during or after the auction sale.
1. PRE-AUCTION REGISTRATION
Pre-auction Registration with Stokes Auction will be required to bid by completing this form.
You will also be required to register to bid online at Apro.bid under our company account to be our customer. Go to
stokesauction.com/auctioncalendar and click on the link. The registration button is at the top of the page or on a phone, may be found
under the dropdown menu in the upper left (3 lines).
2. FEES: BUYER’S PREMIUM, SALES TAX and VEHICLE FILING FEES
A flat $150 buyer's premium per vehicle which will be added to the hammer price for each lot sold plus applicable sales tax of 9.3%.
Filing fees, collected on behalf of Washington State, will be charged.
3. PAYMENT
CASH, Chipped Bankcards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit will be allowed. Should funds not be
negotiable, legal action will be initiated and bidder will be responsible for costs incurred. (No prepaid or gift cards)
4. TERMS OF GUARANTEE
Each lot will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all defects and faults. No warranties or guarantees of any kind will be given by Seller or
Auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible lot information prior to bidding. Bidders should, whenever possible,
carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents.
5. FINALIZING SALE
For winning bidders of vehicles, appointments must be made to meet with our title clerk to complete titling documents. Payment in full
will be taken at that time. We must receive a call from you within one working day to schedule your appointment. Failure to do so could

6. AGENCY
Auctioneer has been hired by the seller and is acting as their agent in conducting the auction, and Auctioneer is not serving as an
agent for any bidder or buyer.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Registering to bid and or placing a bid of any kind will indicate that the bidder has full understanding of the terms and conditions and
accepts these terms along with the agreement to be so bound. Terms may not be amended in any way except by a signed, written
agreement between Auctioneer and Bidder.
General RULES - Stokes Auction Online Auto Auction. Additional rules may be posted in each auction, read before bidding.
• Fill out and accept the terms of the Online Auto Auction and return to us.
• Sign up with Apro.bid for a bidder’s account. Go to our website for the direct link.
• Do not list in your credit card on Apro, we will collect that information directly.
• Preview will be by appointment only.
• You must be at least 18 to bid and register a vehicle.
• Call our office if you are new to our auction and plan to bid on multiple vehicles.
If you bid on multiple vehicles you may be blocked until you contact us.
• All bids are final and may not be canceled.
• High bidders are responsible for all winning bids, including fees.
