NGB Basic Supervisor Course Registration
The HRO will be hosting a three-day Supervisor Course for new technician supervisors, those who are pending
assignment as a technician supervisor, or AGR employees who supervise technicians.
As per CNGBI 1400.25, Vol. 400, dated 05 September 2018, Training for Supervisors is Mandatory. Supervisors of
technician personnel must complete, at a minimum, the National Guard Technician Personnel Management
Course within the first year of employment. All supervisors of Title 32 & Title 5 employees must attend this
training.
Currently there are no plans to offer a "Refresher" course to supervisors who have already attended this course.
However, if you are a supervisor who has attended this training within the past 2-3 years, and have interest in
attending the course again, please indicate below and submit the completed form. If there is enough space
available, consideration will be given to allow attendance.
PLEASE NOTE: Invitations for the DCS classroom will be sent out approximately 7-10 days prior to the start of the
training. The invitation will include the URL to the virtual classroom and any additional information required.
