print your MTC Unofficial Transcript. Print this even if it says “No Report Produced.”
3. Log onto your MyMTC account. In the Academic Profile box, click on “Transfer Transcript Summary” and
print your transfer credits into MTC if applicable. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that official
transcripts of all coursework from all previous colleges and official test scores have been evaluated and
posted to the student’s account before applying for Merit Admissions. Failure to provide all reports of
course credits will result in disqualification. Students must allow four weeks for official documents to be
posted to account after they are received at MTC.
You must include a copy of your unofficial MTC transcripts showing all prior college coursework. If you have
transfer credit from any other institution, you must also include a copy of your Transfer Transcript Summary
showing all prior college coursework. Failure to include all applicable transcripts will result in your application
being marked as incomplete. Incomplete checklists will not be processed.
1. Enter your points in the box on the right of the chart on the next page. This will be checked by the Merit
Admissions Coordinator. Please note-for Merit Admissions, the Nursing Department is counting the FIRST
ATTEMPT at the courses in the criteria-not the repeated grade. For example, if a student received a W or WF
