The Town Centre parking issues have been addressed by the Safer
Neighbourhood Team issuing 41 FPN'S during this period.
Our Facebook and Twitter sites are now being used more by the public which is
great news as we are able to now reach further with general policing information
and crime prevention advice and we are getting good responses from both
facebook "LowestoftPolice" and Twitter @LowestoftPolice
We are urging the public to look at our Crime prevention advice
with regards to Tools in Trade vehicles "Tool Smart" you can ask
for a Power Tools leaflet at the Police Station or email the snt as
below and they will send one out alternatively have a look at out

In Lowestoft on the 30th and 31st August you may have seen some
good proactive work by our Scorpion Team and Safer Neighbourhood
Team who were out and about on patrol in the Town Centre. Their main
aim was positive enforcement around issues in the Town and to deal
robustly with any offences found during their time on patrol.
