EASEMENT STIPULATIONS & COVENANTS
Water usage for irrigation is restricted to the provisions set forth in Sections 8-2-4A of the Village Code.
This permit is hereby granted subject to acceptance by the owner of the following conditions applying to any part of
such installations in the public R-O-W as evidenced by his/her endorsement of this form:
1. The Village of Lincolnshire assumes no responsibility or liability for the installation and the owner will hold
the Village of Lincolnshire, its officers, employees and agents harmless in any action arising therefrom.
2. Existence of the sprinkling system in the public R-O-W shall not in any way interfere with the rights of the
Village to excavate therein for repair, maintenance or installation of any public utilities or for any other
necessary purpose.
3. The Village will not be required to maintain or replace any such system as may be damaged by any such
work, or by any other maintenance or construction operation.
4. All sprinkling bands will be so constructed that they will not project above ground level where located.
5. All sprinkler heads will be so located, shielded, adjusted or directed so that they will not sprinkle on the
public pavement or public sidewalk when in operation.
6. All work on public R-O-W shall conform to the attached plan as approved which plan denotes the location,
size, type and material of sprinkler fixtures (copies of catalog data for each type of fixture must also be
attached).
7. No portions of sprinkler systems shall be installed on Conservancy Area.
All the conditions of the foregoing permit are
hereby accepted without reservation.
