I hereby apply to become a member of Opulence Global and to participate in its Business Plan.
As a member, I understand and agree that:
1. I am of legal age in the jurisdiction in which I enter this agreement.
2. I shall become an Opulence Global member upon acceptance of this application by Opulence Global. I certify that I have read and understand this
Agreement, including Application, Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures and Business (Compensation) Plan available at www.opulence.com
I acknowledge that these documents are incorporated as part of my agreement in their present form, and as modified from time to time by Opulence Global;
these documents are also available from the Opulence Global Head Office. I also understand that I may not rely on any representation made by any member,
whether verbal or written, regarding this Agreement, as the basis for a claim of misrepresentation against Opulence Global. Opulence Global will process the
application at the package indicated on the front, and if not approved, at the next level down and so on.
3. Lifestyle Promoter and Lifestyle Advisor Membership: A membership purchase covers the first year annual fee, a replicated website complete with product
galleries, your Back Office that includes your genealogy, inventory, a shopping cart for retail sales and payment processing. No commissions are paid on
start-up material and subscription services. The membership fee is not a service or franchise fee, but rather is strictly to offset cost incurred by the company
to provide support services to the member.
4. Upgrade: A membership can be upgraded at any time.
5. Cooling-off Period: I understand that there is a 10-day cooling-off period for a new application. All welcome kits and initial packages are sent out the next
business day after sign up date. Once the packages are sent out, the shipment must be returned as part of the requested termination in sale ready condition.
What is not refunded: The shipping fees and VAT and duty charges are the responsibility of the new Opulence Global Partner and not the company. There will
also be a deduction of 5% of the original charge to cover the credit card & processing fees. The products must be un-opened and un-used and sale ready to
be refunded. Return shipping fees on the package is covered by the Opulence Global Partner, whether the package is being sent back by the Opulence Global
Partner (after delivery) or being called back by Opulence Global (in transit). The Retailer portion of the initial package (CDN $100 plus applicable taxes) and
fulfillment charges are not refundable. If a member upgrades within their 10 days cooling-off period, then the 10-day cooling off period becomes void.
(A request for a refund under such circumstances will be considered a voluntary termination and will be treated accordingly.) Any time an upgrade of
membership takes place, they are non-refundable. If a member has placed a product order of any amount within 10 days of becoming a member, then the

6. Enrolling any Opulence Global member, directly or indirectly, into another line of sponsorship, whether within the company or in another network
marketing company (Cross-Recruiting), is strictly prohibited.
7. Opulence Global may terminate this agreement with immediate effect for serious violations in accordance with the Policies & Procedures.
8. Upon acceptance of this application by Opulence Global, as owner of my own business, I will be an independent distributor responsible for my own business
and not an employee of Opulence Global I will not be treated as an employee in regards to any federal, provincial/state or local laws covering employees,
including but not limited to the Federal Unemployment Insurance, tax withholding at source, or any federal, provincial/state or local tax laws. It is my
responsibility to pay self-employment, federal, provincial/state and local income taxes as required by law.
9. I will not use the Opulence Global trade name and/or any of its trademarks except in the advertising material provided to me by Opulence Global or in
literature produced or otherwise authorized by Opulence Global in writing. I will not lead anyone to believe that I am an employee of the company or authorized
to make decisions on its behalf.
10. I recognize that Opulence Global has invested substantial effort and money in training, building, supporting and maintaining its sales force and that
violations of the restrictions contained in this agreement will cause (and thereby constitute) irreparable injury to Opulence Global and that Opulence Global is
entitled to seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief to remedy such violations.
11. Confidentiality: I acknowledge that information and materials acquired by me as an Opulence Global Retailer or member including, but not limited to,
prospect, customer and Retailer/member lists, and genealogy reports will not be used or disclosed to anyone except for the purpose of promoting and
developing my Opulence Global business. On ceasing to be a member, whether by reason of voluntary termination or involuntary termination, I will not
communicate with any Opulence Global customer, member, staff or supplier on behalf of another network marketing company. At no time will I slander or libel
any Opulence Global member or staff or the products or Business Plan.
12. Renewal: A membership must be renewed on the annual anniversary date. The default payment option on file will be automatically charged for CDN
$100 plus applicable taxes. The company must receive a written notice at least 14 days prior to the anniversary date if the account is not to be renewed.
13. This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between Opulence Global and the member. No additional promises, representations, guarantees or
agreements of any kind shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an officer of Opulence Global. The Agreement, and fees, are subject to change upon
published notice on the company website.
