Grant Inquiry Form
So, you’ve got an idea for a grant! The Resource Development Office staff is available to explore
resources and help develop your idea. To get started, it’s important that we know more about your
idea so that we can assist you efficiently and effectively. Whether you are in the early stages of project
development and just beginning to form your idea or if you have already identified a funding source and
are ready to implement, use this form
to share your idea with our office. After completing as much of
the form as possible, email it to us so we can have it on file for when appropriate grant opportunities
arise and/or so that we can fit it into the grant schedule. We will contact you back to di
scuss your idea
further even if no immediate gr
ant program is available. There are two key factors in prioritizing the
grants schedule: timing and whether a project idea matches the goals of the college and funder. This
inquiry form does not constitute a commitment on the part of the grant’s office. Please refer
to the Grants Development Flowchart on the office's webpage for information on the grants
developmen
t process. Approval from appropriate supervisors/deans and Campus Presidents is always
required for any project. Email form to: Beverlee Andrews bandrews@valenciacollege.edu.
