Fee / Payment
The fee is due and payable within thirty (30) days after invoice or prior to the start of the event, whichever is earlier. Payment
of the fee shall be made in US dollars ($) by check, or credit card. Payment details are provided on the invoice.
The Conference accepts credit card payments and checks. Credit card options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. All payments are processed by 4C Marketplace, LLC. Credit card statements will reect a charge to 4C Marketplace. If you

Cancellation Policy
There is a $300 cancellation fee for each 8x10 booth space. Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days before the rst day
of the conference. If you reserved bulk space (2 or more contiguous booth spaces), there will be no partial refunds, i.e., you may not
cancel a portion of the space. You must keep or release all of your contiguous booths.

This year’s 4C Conference exhibitor service provider is Tex Expo. Exhibitors needing additional booth ammenities can
obtain them through Tex Expo for an additional charge. Tex Expo will provide a full spectrum of furniture and exhibitor ser-
vices. Order forms for exhibitor services will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit emailed when you sign up for your
