listed above. Enrollment verifications are generally processed in 2-3 business days; allow extra time during the start and
end of term, Commencement and peak registration. Requests for deferrals for federal government lenders will be
processed after the third week of fall and spring terms or the first week of winter and summer terms; all other deferrals
will be processed within 2-3 business days.
