GENERAL NOTES

Office.
2. $100.00 application fee (non-refundable) – Check or money order payable to Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
3. Variances will be heard at the monthly Board meetings. Proper notification will be sent.
4. Copies of state sheet metal code regulations (271 CMR) are available at the State Bookstore, Room 116,
State House, Boston, MA 02113. Call 617 727-2834 for current cost plus mailing charge.
5. The applicant must file a copy of the Board’s approval
for this variance request with the local Building Inspector
prior to commencing any work.
