VETERAN STUDENT IDENTIFICATION FORM
Priority Registration Opportunity
Bucks County Community College, in support of Pennsylvania House Bill No. 1164 – Veteran Students Act, will
grant Veteran Students priority registration. At Bucks, this means that Veteran Students who have been approved
for this program, have no outstanding obligations, and have met with an advisor (full-time students) will be
allowed to register on the first day of Priority Registration (usually mid-April for Fall registration and mid-
November for Spring registration). This opportunity is extended to all Veteran Students, whether or not you are
receiving education benefits, but not the veteran’s dependents or family members.
A Veteran Student is a student who:
Has served in the United States Armed Services, including a Reserve Component and National Guard
Was discharged or released from such service under conditions other than dishonorable.
NOTE: VETERANS CURRENTLY RECEIVING BENEFITS UNDER THE GIBILL® DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM.
