If you are receiving the MP3 download and don't want your original reels back, please let us know and there will be
no return shipping. We will hold your reels for 30 days after your order is complete and then discard them.
Steps: If you live locally: just bring your form & reels to our office or drop off location. If you are shipping: package
your reels in a shipping box & include this printed form. Ship your items to the address listed above. Once we
receive your reels we will contact to let you know they arrived safely.

When we receive your order we will contact you to get your credit card information, or you can call us at 1-800-776-8357 to
provide us with your information. Please do not e-mail or write your credit card info on this paper. We will charge your card
when your order is completed and then your order will be shipped out or we will call you letting you know it is ready to pick up.
Orders that are left unpaid for more than 60 days may be sent to collections. Customer will be responsible for all collection fees
and/or lawyer fees.
