This sequence of courses is designed for those students who wish to develop skills for employment
as a first-time supervisor. Students will gain an understanding of core skills and theory needed for
supervisors and managers. In addition, students will gain an understanding of foundations in
business law with an emphasis on employment laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of
1964. A grade of C or better is required for each course.
This Letter is a career program and may not readily transfer to four year colleges/universities (except in special cases.)
