AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of , 20
and between
the
Natrona
County
Parks
Department,
hereinafter referred to as "Parks", and

the lessee of a boat trailer storage space at Alcova's designated
storage facility, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee".
WHEREAS, Parks maintains a site at Alcova Reservoir for the
seasonal storage of empty boat trailers only (no boats); and
WHEREAS, Lessee desires space for the storage of such
trailers;
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained
herein, Parks and Lessee agree as follows:
Parks agrees to maintain a locked gate for security and
to maintain the road into the facility.
Lessee shall pay Parks Twenty Dollars ($20) per season,
nonrefundable in event of termination.

Parks hereby consents to seasonal storage (April 15th
through Septempber 30th) of a boat trailer at the Alcova
Boat Trailer Storage site.
Lessee
agrees to
enter
the
premises
only
at the
prescribed times or with the permission of a designated
gatekeeper.
Lessee agrees to display, on the outside left front area
of the trailer frame, a valid permit sticker issued by
Parks.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either
party without cause upon delivery of written notice to
terminate.
In the event that one party notifies the other
of intention to terminate Agreement, the Lessee shall
have seven (7) days to remove the boat trailer from the
premisis.
Parks assumes no responsibility for disputes and/or
damages arising between Lessees.
This
document
contains
the
complete
and
entire
understanding of the parties.

The term of this Agreement shall be April 15, 2013
through September 30, 2013.

The parties agree that NATRONA COUNTY does not waive any
immunity or limitation of liability provided by law for
any act or failure to act pursuant to this Agreement. The
parties agree that this Agreement, and any action taken
pursuant to it, does not provide a basis for any
liability in the event of a claim or suit being filed
against Parks for personal injury or property damage to
persons not a party to this Agreement, when such injury
or damage arises from any act or failure to act in
accordance with this Agreement. The Lessee specifically
agrees to indemnify and defend the United States, NATRONA
COUNTY, the Parks Department, their agents and employees,
from any loss so incurred.
