Chairman in all Governing Documents. 6.(b) and 6.(c) will be considered only if 6.(a) is not
adopted.

6.(b) Delete all masculine references to heads of committees
6.(c) Change identity of Committee Leadership throughout the governing documents, including ZI

The following amendment allows international directors to serve a second term.

The following amendment allows for consistency in the following articles that will be changed
to require 60 days instead of 90 days: Article XI ZI Nominating Committee, Article XII

8. Amending requirement of 90 days’ notice time to 60 days
