How to Obtain an Application for Withdrawal of a Foreign Corporation

Utah law requires corporations seeking withdrawal to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with the Application for

Obtaining a Application for Withdrawal.
Step 1:
A corporation may not withdraw from this state until it has corrected any negative tax status.
Profit Corporation U.C.A. Section 16-10a-1520:

Step 2:
Prepare and submit the completed application form with a tax clearance certificate from the State Tax Commission
to the Division of Corporations & Commercial Code. You may file in person, by mail, fax or email.
Under GRAMA {63G-2-201}, all registration information maintained by the Division is classified as public record. For confidentiality purposes, you
may
use the business entity physical address rather than the residential or private address of any individual affiliated with the entity.
