$25 application fee (non-refundable)
An 8 ½ x 11” color rendering (proof) of the advertising sign from the sign company creating and making
the sign.
If approved, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Athletic Fields Advertising policies and
procedures. Payment must be received by the Recreation and Parks Department by March 31, 2020.
