described in S.C. Code of Laws §33-41-1130(A), or segregated funds as described in §33-41-
1130(C) in an amount equal to or greater than the amount specified in §33-41-1130(A)(1).

b. The foreign registered limited liability partnership is in compliance with the requirements of S.C.
Code of Laws §33-41-1130(A)(2); provided, however, that to the extent any such requirements are
determined by reference to the number of licensed partners or individuals, such determination
shall be made on the basis of the number of partners or individuals who render professional
services in South Carolina.
6. The foreign registered limited liability partnership agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction of the
Department of Revenue and the South Carolina courts to determine its South Carolina tax
liability.
7. The partner or partners executing this application constitute more than a majority in interest of the
