Program funding is limited, and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Offerings are
subject to change without notice. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. This offer is exclusive
to new homes built in Cleco residential service territory.
By signing below, the purchaser acknowledges that the equipment is installed at the site listed
above and authorizes Cleco and its representatives to perform phone surveys or onsite quality
assurance inspections before, during and after the work is performed to verify rebate eligibility.
For AC/HP Equipment: I understand that an AHRI certificate and customer service invoice must
be submitted with this rebate form and that all information must be submitted within 45 days of
install date in order to be eligible for the incentive. I also understand that the AHRI certificate
can be found at www.ahridirectory.org.
For Smart Thermostats: In order to qualify for this rebate, the model # must be listed on the
ENERGY STAR website at:
https://www.energystar.gov/productfinder/product/certified-connected-thermostats/results.
For Pool Pumps: In order to qualify for this rebate, the model # must be listed on the ENERGY
STAR website at:
https://www.energystar.gov/productfinder/product/certified-pool-pumps/results.
For Water Heaters: In order to qualify for the HPWH rebate, the model # must be listed on the
ENERGY STAR website at:
https://www.energystar.gov/productfinder/product/certified-water-heaters/.
Rebates: Up to $100 for the first installed smart thermostat and $25
for additional thermostats up to total $150 rebate per customer.
Rebate amount cannot exceed the actual cost of the thermostat.
Proof of purchase, photo of the installed unit, and the certificate of occupancy must be
received within 45 days of the certificate of occupancy issue date.

received within 45 days of the certificate of occupancy issue date.
To qualify for the electric tankless rebate, the unit must exceed the baseline
energy factor listed in the following table:
