REAL ESTATE NON-SOLICITATION LIST UPDATE
The Oak Park Municipal Code, Section 46-34, addresses solicitation of residents by real estate
agents in any manner engaging in the sale, or listing for sale, of property for profit or commercial
gain.
The City Clerk’s Office maintains the official list of all residents who do not wish to be
contacted by real estate companies, and is in the process of updating this list.
If you wish to be placed on the non-solicitation list, please fill out a requ
est form and return it to
the Office of the City Clerk, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI 48237.
Even those residents who have submitted forms in the past must return a request form, or contact
the City Clerk’s Office by phone, to rem
ain on the list.
