Santa Rosa RSTF Loan Policy
Listed below are the guidelines to request an RSTF Tribal Loan:
1. All requests must be made by a Recognized Tribal Member on a RSTF Loan request form at least
10 business days after the Distribution date of the 15
th
.
2. All requests must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the next Distribution date of the 15
th
.
Any loan submitted outside of the designated period of time will not be processed or accepted.
3. 100% of the loan will be repaid to the tribe on the next RSTF Distribution. You may pay back a
loan before the next RSTF Distribution, if done so by check or money order for the full amount,
made payable to The Santa Rosa Band of Cahuilla Indians. We cannot accept cash.
4. There will be a limit of two RSTF loans per calendar year per Recognized Tribal Member. One
loan every other quarter.
5. The maximum amount per request for RSTF loan may not exceed $500 per quarter, with a $1,000
maximum per calendar year.
6. Funds are available on a first come first serve basis per quarter. Once tribal allocation of $20,000
per quarter has been used there can be no more loans until the next quarter.

Santa Rosa RSTF Loan Request Form
I , a Tribal Member of the Santa Rosa
Band of Cahuilla Indians, am requesting a RSTF Loan in the amount of $ _____,
with a maximum per loan request of $500.00. I understand that 100% of this loan
will be paid back on the next RSTF Distribution. I understand that RSTF Loans
are on a first come first serve basis and not to exceed two loans per calendar year.
EMERGENCY COVID-19
In light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, RSTF Loans are now allowable within
consecutive quarters to help Tribal Members experiencing financial hardships
associated with the pandemic. This means that you are not required to wait for
every other quarter to submit a RSTF Loan request. There is still a maximum of
$500.00 per loan request, two loans per calendar year, on a first come first serve
basis as funds are available. The entirety of all loans will be repaid in full from the
next RSTF Distribution.
*Please note that depending on your individual circumstance, your next RSTF
Distribution may decrease significantly.*
