TO: THE SHERIFF OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above named defendant be allowed to dress in civilian clothing for the duration
of the jury trial which is to commence on the date set forth. Clothing exchanges are to be allowed in
accordance with jail rules, policies and procedures.
The defendant in trial will be allowed to have a maxim um of 1 complete court outfit and 2 additional dress
shirts or blouses in their jail property. All other clothing items in the defendant’s jail property must be removed
prior to accepting the clothing exchange. A complete court outfit includes: 1 suit, or 1 sport c oat and 1 pair of
dress pants or skirt, 1 dress shirt or blouse, 1 pair of socks and 1 pair of dress shoes. Shoes with shoelaces,
metal inserts or elevated heels of any length, belts and ties will not be accepted at the jail.
