**By signing the Project Approval Form, the Department commits it is responsible for reserving Contingency funds
throughout the duration of the project. If project scope includes FF&E, the Department commits it is responsible for
reserving funds until procurement completed. Please note if a project crosses into a new Fiscal Year prior to completion
or FF&E procurement, contingency and FF&E funds must be set aside in the new FY budget.
The PCS Project Manager will advise the Department Contact of any FY lapse in advance.
